Baha Mar—a 1,000-acre resort in the Bahamas—is looking for a CFO. But this isn't your average CFO position, with financial prerequisites and a boring six-figure salary. Nope, this job posting is for Chief Flamingo Officer... which is pretty much exactly what it sounds like.

According to the job posting, the Chief Flamingo Officer will work with Baha Mar's chief scientist to care for the resident flock of flamingos, set to arrive this spring. Duties include managing the diet and habitat requirements of the birds, overseeing the breeding programs, treating sick or injured animals, and providing educational tours for resort guests. The CFO and flamingos will work together in the resort's "Flamingo Mansion," a massive indoor-outdoor habitat built specifically for the species. The program is part of the the Baha Mar Ecological, Aquatic Conservation Habitat Sanctuary (BEACH Sanctuary)—a space dedicated to preserving and celebrating the wildlife of the Bahamas.

Sounds like a dream, right? But don't quit your current job just yet—this position has some serious requirements. Qualified applicants should have a college degree in zoology, at least five years of experience working with exotic birds, and wide knowledge of biology and avian science. Plus, seeing as you'll be setting up shop at a resort, you'll need some stellar people skills and a passion for hospitality. (Tough break for zoologists with bad attitudes.) If your resume lines up, you can apply at Baha Mar's career page; applications will be accepted from now until February 28.

We wouldn't mind an office with this view.

Pink coworkers aside, this CFO position comes with one obvious perk: the chance to make Baha Mar your new home. The $4.2 billion Nassau resort includes three hotels with 2,300 guest rooms, offering stunning ocean views and incredibly luxe interiors. The property also houses a spa, casino, 18-hole golf course, 11 pools, and 20 restaurants and lounges (kiss your office's broken Keurig goodbye!).

Plus, there's a Flamingo Mansion. Enough said.
