Apple’s 2017 flagship, the iPhone X, has been suffering from a series of glitches since its launch. One of the prominent ones was the ItoA autocorrect bug, which would change the letter "i" to "A?" when you typed it on the phone.

Even though Apple has resolved the bug in its iOS 11.1.1 update, the company continues to be trolled for it. During a break in the football game between Ohio State University and Michigan State University on Saturday, the university students transformed themselves into a human illustration using strategically colored cards to form the word “Ohio”. But in place of the letter “i”, they put up the letter “A” accompanied by a "?."

While Ohio State beat Michigan State by 48-3, the clever stunt by the students became the highlight of the game.

The phone was previously trolled during ESPN’s “College Game Day” broadcast of Notre Dame vs. University of Miami game.

The device is being aggressively trolled for its glitches since it costs more than $1,000 and therefore is expected by users to provide a flawless experience. Even though thousands of Apple fans queued up outside stores to purchase the device when it was launched, it seems that fans are getting sick of the continuous issues plaguing the device.

Besides the ItoA bug, the device has been suffering from a string of issues, which include:

OLED burn-in: iPhone X’s OLED super retina display was pegged as its leading feature. While OLED displays have better color balance than IPS LCD displays, they have a shorter life and die out pixel by pixel. The iPhone X is also not safe from the drawbacks of such displays.

The device is suffering from burn-in, the previous image would reflect on the screen for a bit even if the user had skipped to another image.

Apple later stated on its display support page that the device “If you look at an OLED display off-angle, you might notice slight shifts in color and hue. This is a characteristic of OLED and is normal behavior. With extended long-term use, OLED displays can also show slight visual changes. This is also expected behavior and can include 'image persistence' or 'burn-in,' where the display shows a faint remnant of an image even after a new image appears on the screen”

GPS issue: Users are also suffering from GPS issues on both Google Maps and Apple Maps. Apple is yet to issue a fix for the issue.

Freezing issue: The device takes time to adjust to a sudden change in temperature — it works normally indoors but as soon as a user takes it to a cold outdoor environment, it stops working for some time. Apple has acknowledged the issue and is working on a fix for it.

Green line issue: A green line has appeared on the edges of some of the devices. Apple is rumored to be quietly replacing the affected devices.
