With the start of the 2016 NFL draft, hope springs eternal for all 32 franchises. The next few days is the only time during the year when every team is considered a winner.

The eventwhich is being held at the Auditorium Theatre in Chicago for the second straight yearwill help define the upcoming season.

Last year, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tennessee Titans found their franchise quarterbacks in Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota with the first and second overall picks. The Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles hope to do the same after both organizations decided Cal's Jared Goff and North Dakota State's Carson Wentz were worth sacrificing numerous draft selections to trade up to the top two picks.

The Denver Broncos received vital contributions from rookies Shane Ray and Max Garcia during the team's Super Bowl run. Good drafting will almost certainly play a part for the next team to be crowned champion.

This is where it all starts. A franchise's culture can dramatically change based on a strong draft class.

For those fans who root for one of the league's cellar dwellers, this draft could prove to be the difference in changing the team's culture. On the other hand, a good team that doesn't supplement its roster with a solid nucleus of young talent will start seeing its foundation crumble.

Every organization will eventually say it got "its guy" after the fact, but this obviously isn't the case. One poor decision can change its entire fate.

Bleacher Report is ready, willing and able to provide reaction from around the NFL landscape and analysis of the biggest moves as we see the face of the league change before our eyes.
